Gemstone of Blitz

where can I find the blitz?? I looked in the master list under this section on details of this quest and its pretty breife and vauge. as to where to go, i went on lady's website and it says you find blitz in water dungeon. but searched everywhere and nothing, now im hearing he might be found in dark dungon. and looked everywhere on 3rd floor, can't find. is there specific coords he hangs around? and which dungeon is it in and where? like wut floor or w/e.

Blitz is a mini-boss so it has a respawn time. I'm not really sure what the respawn time is but it's in hours. If it's not in water dungeon floor 2, wait a few hours and go check again.

PS: I've been trying to get the Gemstone of Blitz to do the quest so I've been killing it for the past 2 days. That's probably why it's not up when you go.

about the quest, you get exp = 100 db killed.

does it matter what lvl are you or is the exp fixed?

(if i am lvl 60 and do the quest, lvl 100, lvl 130 will it affect the exp i get?)

to start the quest you need to be level 100 or else the npc won't talk to you...

ok, but what if you are lvl 140? will it mack a diffrence? is it work like the lvling gup between you and the db?

I think it's a fixed number but I could be wrong.

Too bad you just didn't need the item to start the quest and use it on a level 60

blitz is in the dungeon in db pit (dark dungeon?) somtimes there are more monsters like dragonturtle or hatchling i forget :p usually theres 1-2blitz and somtimes +4 of other monster(s) somthing like that
