Emergancy reboot?

If no one told us about Abyss, the reboot would have been done at 23:00. It wouldn't matter who told us, as long as someone indicated quest was going on, we would have listened. While it's nice to bring up the previous emergency reboot (when ZT wasn't in), it's a weak argument because 1) no one was dominating or losing in Abyss at the time we revised the reboot time, it was BEFORE abyss was even up and 2) as pointed above, we would have rescheduled it regardless of who reported it to us, so long as we knew. I'll admit we only looked at war time before scheduling it at 23:00 and didn't take into account the Abyss quest. Any more conspiracy theories to boot? (And yes, I am getting tired of this ZT favoritism charges with facts twisted to back it up).

And Omniphix, read viewtopic.php?f=6&t=3367 I explicitly stated that any unfound accusations against the GM team will be dealt with.

and what make u so sure that GM reply within 5 min b4 server reboot?

It was a real "emergency" reboot. Such as we only got 5 minutes warning before the server was taken down. I'm not really sure 'cause I was in quest at the time. From what I was told, it was the asian players who were doing abyss and they had no idea what was going on.

besides... why do players need to tell GMs? Shouldn't the GMs be watching quest anyways to check for hacks and people disconnecting? Also the quest times are set by the GM team... so they should know about how long each quest will take and if it's around a quest time, they should go check.

A message WAS sent to the GMs today, and it WASN'T sent the other day. That's the difference. If you hadn't been PKed at Abyss today you wouldn't have made this post. You made this post AFTER you got PKed. How sad and selfish of you.

It's always like this, in every server. When people lose, they bring up the silliest reasons to try and justify their defeat. Soar losers, really.

My argument is not that GMs favor ZT, it is that ZT members have an easier time communicating with the GMs while the rest of the players cannot or do not know how to message the GM Team. It seems like every time "news" is announced, ZT are those that find out about it first.

I'm going to be blunt: stop using us as political tools against ZT. We make a mistake and reboot server during quest time and we take heat. We semi-learn from that mistake and pushed back an emergency reboot because of quest and we still take heat. What do you want us to do, ban all of ZT and get this over with? You guys are getting really annoying with twisting the facts to support your fantasies about GM favoritism towards ZT. And yes, I am being unprofessional about this, but I am only human and there's only so much bullshit I can take. Every single decision we make is always twisted to support your twisted fantasies. It's high time you guys knock it off unless you have explicit and definite proof that we are indeed corrupted. I already had to endure accusations in Barantan, even when I calmly make my counter-arguments, people will only hear what they want to hear.

I wasn't in the quest. It wasn't my loss. I'm arguing on behalf of those players who either don't use the forum or don't speak english well enough to be taken seriously by this community. They have come to me and asked for help so I would like to make this community better suited for ALL players, not just those who are able to easily communicate with the GMs.

What I want out of the GMs is to be more aware of the scope of their community and be more reliant on themselves to provide proper service instead of relying on the community to tell them things they should already know (such as quest times).

EDIT: also after the reset the first time, I did notify GMPsipress about it and how the asian players are upset yet the GM team did nothing about it. no apology. no compensation. no notice of NOT repeating the same mistake.

What i don't get is, revolt start the topic saying the quest is during abyss, fine. Gm reply them it's an emergency. 5 minute later after ZT pm the gm it's pushed back? Shouldn't gm talk together before calling emergency and stuff?

stop trying to be a hero and mine your own buisness just my 2 cents. if a cn has a problem they can go learn english then complain since they are on an english speaking server, if not they can go play another one simple.
