Global Mail

Make a new system that's like "G" "global mail" where GMs can send a mail to all characters on the server. Then from now on, any important announcements (double exp times, events, maintenance times, etc) can me sent through global mail to all players. It's a known fact that only a small % of players check the forums daily. This way, all players will be aware of the important announcements.

Also upon creation of a character, automatically send a mail with the in-game rules so new players will automatically be "Aware" of the rules upon char creation.

there's indeed some way needed for gm's to pass their info for every player ingame aswell... global mail sounds good indeed, i myself thought of something like bounty board but then bounties changed by news and some huge indication signs to make sure everyone sees it's news

It would be good if it expired and deleted itself after a set time.

I wouldnt want to delete announcements on like 20 characters each time there was one.
