20 NK of the enemy nation and 5 NK of your own nation if you PK in other areas of the enemy nation but the main town.

I just don't want simple a simple "no", that gives me nothing to work with.
If you point out what you don't like I can improve my idea based on that or just defend my idea with a counter-argument.
I know they are here for everyone, but do you seriously think "stop trying to change DR the way it is" is a proper way to reply? I don't think so.
