the idea is to make weapons and duals a bit more unique by giving them a special skill or ability.
1h sword: min/max damage reduced by 5% but get an increased chance to get a critical + (0.1xtactic level), cap of 15%.
2h sword: 20% splash dmg + increased chance to get a critical + (0.1xtactic level) cap of 20%.
1h mace:min damage reduced by 15% max damage increased by 15%
2h mace:min damage reduced by 15% max damage increased by 20% + (0.1xtactic level) to bash (1 sec paralise)
pircing: attacks slower than other weapons but give a chance to pirce (ignore enemy magic and physical defence) 0.12xtactic level.
graple:(0.15xtactic level)% chance to make 1 of the next 3 abilitys:
knock out:1 sec paralise
weak:reduce enemy damage by 20% for 2 secs
Confusion for 2 secs.

what about making duals with wiz/priest give a special skill that only that dual can use instead of stats?something like:
