I never think the Gm's team is Corrupt but I only think many time make errors..
Example Whit me.. I result Banned for NOTHING.. and all gm's team said: I hacker.
Make errors if the Humans.. and all make, me, yo, they.. all..
But is good remediatly..

Actually I hate to do this but I do remember her being banned on NR... Although I'm not saying she did it now if in fact the player is a she.

some1 told me she hacked on .my aswell and there was rumors about her hacking on old int (but those i cant confirm of real hacking)

What is disapointing to me is to see 90% of veteran going to Vysus. No fun at all.

Some people blow shit out of proportion. I mean even I can understand why adrenaline would think GMs would be after them and why they'd be upset if one gets banned but this whole incident with lovecatcat isn't the same. If GMs are after the guild, WOULDN'T they go for some of the higher level members? You can say they're after you and yet you don't have any reason why they would be (Atleast Adrenaline has some reason and even grofire), I've yet to see any GMs here argue with zyps guild from previous or current server.

I wouldn't even use the lag excuse when there are CNs and taiwans with 2000 MS ping, why aren't any of them banned? The only person I see is lovecatcat repeating 100x she doesn't hack but shes not exactly one of the most honest person around and Adv is keeping silent about this, which just from my perspective just shows that he accepts what was given or is very mature about this and PMed the GMs while Marcos's friend is mouthing their ass off.

If any1 knew what happened to Shayne I don't think they would say corruption in the least, I've even had 4 GMs check me on the same day for afk leveling nothing to complain about but atleast there are GMs that aren't favourint ZT

This is the last response towards lovecatcat's case.

First, if you wanted to appeal, you should've sent an appeals PM to the entire team. You did not do so. Despite that fact, GMTempest forwarded your complaint to the entire team and therefore the appeals process began, as it was plainly obvious you wanted to appeal the decision.

Second, we have CLEAR evidence to ban you. Even I, a tech newbie, cannot possibly find a way to justify unbanning lovecatcat. I have seen the screenshots and quite frankly, I don't even need to see the logs to say you hacked. However, the GM team went over the logs after witnessing your hacking to make sure beyond 100% your actions warranted a ban.

Third, and this is my personal point, how do you have the face to come out and act like you did not hack? I have seen the overwhelming evidence and I can't help but laugh at how ridiculous this whole uproar is from you and noeyesee. The only reason why we aren't posting the screenshots is because of our rules and procedures governing evidence. If not for that, this case would have been over and I would have loved to see you act like you're innocent. And in case you are going to argue lag again, lag does not account for multiple damages from multiple directions appearing on the screen. Multiple damage on a set of monsters in the same direction might possibly allow you to use the lag excuse, but not when they're at a different angle.

This is the end of lovecatcat's case. Lovecatcat has received a permanent ban and NO items will be returned to the owner. Any response to this will not receive a response. See the first sentence.

And on another note, please keep this topic nice and clean. Do not flame each other. Please do not force me to clean up this topic because of flame wars. Thank you everyone.
