We do give as much time as we can to the GM team to handle the server crash problem and mall.Server been down since 9.50pm GMT +8 - 2.29am GMT +8 (now) , imagine how long i waited haha still i dont mind to wait and lets hope the crash prob can be fixed.
BTW,please update on routing(high ping) issues for South East Asia too,im sure there's tons of players would love to hear from GM team.
