You equip it and when you kill a db you get 100 x the xp ?!?!??!?

Is there a timer on or something ? seem realy powerfull

it's from a quest where u can get a lot of XP but i dont realy know how much exp it is. i know 2 of those quests start in hegemonia and 1 in lethe river

can the quest be done by any level? (Handed in) or must be a certain lvl?

LadyPhoenix's website explains the quests pretty well. Just make sure before you turn in the item that you have your party window set to either 'EXP' 'WEAPON' or 'SPELL' depending on where you want the experience to go into.
