Okay what I suggest is that alongside mantle of raja/dragon/covering/vigor you have capes that look like Blue Capes but have different color and name and have a bonus like the dragon type mantles.
Examples:
A Yellow Cape - Looks like Blue Cape, is yellow colour, but gives the same bonuses as mantle of raja and costs the same.
A White Cape - Looks like Blue Cape, is white colour, gives the same bonuses as mantle of dragon and costs the same.
An Orange Cape - Looks like Blue Cape, is orange colour, gives the same bonuses as mantle of covering and costs the same.

Or you could just make them all Blue Capes with different bonuses and a new name ( Offence Cape, Defence Cape, Lord Cape xD )

So practically what I am suggesting is adding a blue cape version correspondent of each mantle so you would have a choice in fashion and style and the price would either be same or a bit higher. I know alot of players prefer the blue cape look including me.
This wouldn't be too hard to implement since you already have the blue cape as an item and you could take the bonuses from the mantles and add them.

isnt the cape dye already in the mall and lets you change the colour though? i mean theres no new "style"but the colour is there o.O

You don't get it? I mean make Blue Cape correspondents of the dragon capes!
That means mantles that LOOK like Blue Capes BUT give BONUSES like for example mantle of raja.

I am talking about adding bonuses to blue cape and making it cost the same as the dragon cape equivalents.
Ok I will bring a really simplified example:
Mantle of Dragon is 30~48 attack
Make a cape which looks like Blue Cape but is white like mantle of dragon and also gives 30~48 attack and costs 8000 RE.
And the same with each cape.
