The problem is that this system is NEW and the players have something to compare to. They have been used to the old system for the past 3 - 4 servers. It's inevitable that their will be complaining. it's not as if the level of difficulty has always been this way, and it's not as if it's a brand new game with zero pre-expectations. Another problem is that DR community is small and most of us have grown with the game. Many of us that used to be 12 - 13 are now 19 - 20 with jobs / university etc but they still stick around because they love the game. I noticed you keep telling them "if you don't have time, just don't play and don't complain." You will definitely get complaining because alot of people don't have as much time. I am not defending them but it is factual that they will try to use whatever methods possible to maximize the little time they have (for example, using macros or line levelling), and time consuming aspects of the game (such as the new sard / job quests), especially when they are not accustomed to them will irritate and frustrate some old players. They WANT to play in the free time that they have. Personally, i love the new job system, I am just looking forward to when it is fully functional. It brings us away from mindlessly macroing (today i smithed manually from 5 - 70 and it was pretty fun). People are used to being able to gain levels or job levels or items while not being at the computer so that they could either be efficient and not waste time or to catch up with those who CAN spend hours at the computer. Again, I am not defending anyone, but this is how a large majority of the community thinks. i don't think we have attracted enough new players to balance out the community yet. Not to mention, I noticed a decrease in the number of asian players from beta to now.

With summer around the corner, I think alot of people will warm up to the new improvements. (Y)
