SNAG ITEMS (HOW THEY WORK)

FOR EXAMPLE

when u hit , with a SNAG SWORD , u have (?%) chance of stun .

BUT

WHEN U HIT WITH A SNAG CAP , u have chance to stun hitting . or it just work when u get hitted ?

when you have snag armor, you have a % change of snagging the other person when you attack then.

No matter what rare effect on weapon/armor, it works the same,

e.g.:-

Dagger - magic vigor dmg, it will add dmg to spell even you dont use it to attack your target.
Dagger - AC, it will add AC even you dont use it to attack your target.
Dagger - Counter/Strike, it will counter strike back your enemy(s) even you dont use it to attack your target.
Cap - snag, it will add snag when you attack your target.
