Guild Rank Duties

Make the different rankings useful please.

Rank 5 - can't put or take out of the guild wh (prevents new players from flooding the guild wh with junk)
Rank 4 - can put into the guild wh but can't take out
Rank 3 - can put and take out of the guild wh (I trust some players with guild wh access but not the ability to add/kick members)
Rank 2 - Can take and put into the guild wh, invite and kick players, make guild announcements ( almost full powers)
Vice - ability to change player's ranks 3~5. Cannot give someone rank 2.
