Heltern Crashed

Heltern Crashed

Looks like everyday gonna crashed 1 time or more
GZ now all my skins is gone (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y) (Y)

My mining Level got rolled back from lvl 70 to lvl 40 cause of Heltrent crash , and i was forced to logoff .

But I really do hope GM could fix the bug and recover my lost Mining Levels cause it was hard work '-_-

yeahh this crash is gettin more n more frequent hope we get some sort of compensations (Y) i got lucky last crash got all my items back i went back to do the quest just for it to be bugged again double quest have no friends!!!
