You can call the dutch buerue of bussiness to confirm that Mistralis indeed exists and is a registered company.

Good, legal action of any kind is good. That is what is needed otherwise people will throw temper tantrums after being banned.
I'm not gonna debate whether you are a real company or not as anyone can be a company if they pay the business license fee. That's not what I have doubts on. All I know is Signpainter must have some badass property or other thing to have put up for collateral for a loan to pay for the rights
