I tried to make a quest before, the daily lumber npc quest 75+ helternet, the first time i tried and second, npc didnt take items, after some time stuff suddenly dispeared of my backpack, and after 10th update, my numetlogs timbers disapeared too...

My friend named Sentinel said to me that an item of his backpack disapeared too, but im not certain of this....
