GRR NO GM RESPONCE!!!!

I Hope that SOME GM will see this and respond, because I have been trying to get this problem resolved for about a week now, and I have YET to hear any results or even so much as a Reply from ANY of the GMs....

Good evening... I have written to you before (GMSignPainter) about this and I have still yet to receive a reply...
In town, I PKed a guy (Sandokan) for constantly PKing me while I tried to lvl and it resulted in me getting 20 NK. I was lvl 71 and 2% tnl 72 (98% of my lvl bar was full) I was anthemed twice, completely removing my 20 NK but resulting in the image below...



Directly After This, I was in town, and used the flame wave spell against my summons monster, Unfortunately, I was in PK mode and didn't realize it and killed 3 people all at once but still only received 20NK, The guards killed me twice, I lost a few potions, CS books and unknown other items, but i don't care about those, so another 20NK = out a massive -309% all together. I had received an all together 40NK that night, and before receiving the NK I was lvl 71 and 2% until the next lvl with 98% of my level bar full, After having the 40 NK removed, this is what I was left with...



The next day was Double exp for 4 hours, and I still wasn't able to work all the -% exp off, and I currently still have -146% left.



It is my hopes that you can resolve this issue Fairly, and quickly. It has prevented me from furthering my position on Yllse top 10 list, and altogether knocked me completely off the list. Thank you for your time, and I am eagerly awaiting your favored reply...

I in no way mean any disrespect and i do understand that sometimes you accidentally get into pk mode, like when your alt tabbin to a different window..

But in ALL honesty i hope they keep how things are now... where if you pk you drop LOTS of exp... couse this will make people think twice about pkin'n others. a Very harsh punishment for something that has killed so many servers before this one.

I would like to apologize on behalf of GMSignPainter for the tardiness of resolving this issue. Although this is not an excuse, all the GMs who have the power to fix this are swamped with issues. I will remind him of this issue and I apologize for any inconvenience.

Why not just tell players to keep playing and when GMs have time, they will add the exp lost on top of any new exp gained?

You might as well go ahead and level. I was the first one to post about this issue on the boards and I never got my exp back. Just suck it up and level through it.

I also had my Butchering and Tailoring levels taken away as well, even though I never bought anything from the vendor except the butcher knife of course. I never even knew the items were for sale at the vendor. By the time I start doing job skill the only thing for sale was the knife, and I only found out a few days later when I heard people bragging about how how they finished their quests so fast. I PMed multiple GMs about it after one contacted me in game and told me to, but still nothing after almost a week. I finally just gave up and re-leveled, only took 6 hours...

I don't expect the GMs to make this their full time job or even close to it, but I at least think that a huge exp bug and wrongly punished people should be something that could be fixed within a week. Very disappointing, but I guess beggars can't be choosers since this is the only server left.

I will confirm with the GM team about your situation. If your job has indeed been rolled back by mistake and if you haven't received your experience, I will make sure the wrongs have been righted. For now, all I can ask is for your patience (as you have demonstrated already) and your forgiveness for any inconvenience this has caused. Thank you for your continued support.

Yeah... since I was at 2% tnl 72, and after 40 NK removed -309%, would be nice to get my little over 4 levels back, If I would have been, say level fifty, then it wouldn't have been so much of a problem, but soloing most of -309% at Baku at level 71 SUCKED!!! It took me 3 days to get rid of, and now, FINALLY, i'm almost lvl 76, before the anthem bug got me, I was #5 on the Yllse top ten list, now, I had to work my butt off to try and reach #10 again, JUST on Yllse top ten, which I am hoping I will achieve before I get so tired my eyes role in the back of my head and I seizure to death...
