Bug NPC mining at sedless (29,338)

My friend The Character Name JoneOfArc get Bug on Second Daily Quest
(NPC Sedless 29,338).He ask for 20 Basket of water.It is individual Bug on my friend.Because when I got this Quest NPC ask for 20 Pick Axel.
I let she try to bring 20 Pick Axel to gv to that NPC.But he still ask for
20 Basket of water.Can GM solve this bug for her.

It is not a bug.
The NPC askes for different items randomly.

If he wants 20 Pickaxes, buy 20 pickaxes.
If he wants 20 Baskets with Water, buy 20 Baskets with Water. They are sold in the cooking shop.
