I think it's not enough for Gms just to say "Quests for jobs now". "new rare system"
There should at least be a stickied topic showing the coordinates of all new Job Quest NPCs in each nation OR a proper description of what is expected from people who want to increase jobs (daily quests NOT included). Alot of players don't know what to do or don't even know that the old way of jobbing doesnt even work. A detailed explanation of the rare system should also be stickied. These things should also be on the website.
