Hi bro.. I need some help for know how I can make a Jobs and Where.

Its the first time Im play this version, and really I dont Know Idea where I can take the diferents Jobs.. Example: Butcher, Farming, Mining.. etc etc..
and need a little guide.

Sorry Im understand... can teach me whit one example?
you said: near the npc.. but, Im go to kill Cows in Zypern but dont see any NPC

and.. I go to Tailor Shop and see a NPC near tailor, but Im talk whit he and only said me.. "Hello my friend.. Im the f*** NPC, but Im complete ASSHOLE"
