you said you played archer. have you played thief? please go to a high exp rate server and try it yourself. I know you've been around in this community for a very long time. if you think this will waste your time. then please allow me to remind you what a thief could do during pvp.
Thief: iceberg + poison nova/defood + ice armor + critical hiding + ex ice/ice death
you played archer, tell me what you can do to overcome this situation. why'd you think there's so many forbidden skill/spells and none of them are archer's. and why forbid them?
I think the only thing that's unbalancing archer to other classes is that he doesn't have buff/debuff skills. if a new player (myself) could see this major problem. why can't you?

lv31, increasing attack power 20 ~ 23% / lv33, increased by 25 ~ 28% / lv35, increased by 30-33%
This is a ranged fire skill that is never used by archers since it never works. If this were fixed I think most people would appreciate it and not many would complain.
