Blue Rare - Grade and legends
Red Rare - High
White rare - basic effects of items

different: each type of rare has a different stacking max. Blue - G10 or G20 depending on effect. Red - H9 (I believe) but High effects are half the effect of blue rares. white there is no limit. All 3 rares can stack on top of each other but rares of the same color has a limit. Players can only craft blue rares.

She misworded it by saying white "rare." White AC is nothing more than the base stat of an item. For example, if you wear your turbulence, it gives you a certain amount of defense. That is white AC. If you make a hardest rare, that's blue AC. If you find a red item with AC stats, that red AC.

so white ac from normal items blue ac from made rares and red ac from MOB drop rares

kind of.

all items have "white rares" on it. 1 item can only be "blue", "red", or no rare effect. So you can have a G1 force dagger that has "white rare" attack power and "blue rare" force effect.

yes. There's no way to see them except to wear it. For example, SC has +5 fire resist. Only way to know that is to equip it and look at your stats.
