And if players prefer removing -% instead of puting TT Cap, can still keep it for player under lvl 100.
And if old system is kept, no TT Cap and -% back.
So seriously, there is no problem for Snow War ;p
I like the first one, tt cap with -%.So ppl can make -% to stay(if they want) in lvl 100-105(vd + db1) until they get 130 ttc(cap of 30 lvls difference), for example, i think that way wont make ppl stay too long in same place like the old system, but wiill let ppl hunt skins for all party and in certain way that lil stop(lvling for get tt) can bring other players lower lvls to aproximate of their lvl and turn the game more homogeneous.
About my vote, i voted for keep TT Cap but raise it.The main point ,n my opinion ,of this change is end up with the culture of soloing , cuz the old system make much interesting you turn down party to be the only blaster or even if u were a warrior you take a healer and buffer and go solo. The ttc cap(+raise xp of harder mosnters) will bring more partys, more ppl lvling, more interaction, more player in the same lvl and u can still solo if want to, like my example , u can solo lvl 100 to reach 130 ttc then u start lvl up.I think the most ppl is voting against the ttc cap is being selfish and only seeing their own interests.
And btw im the one who prefers a war with lots of D2 in all nations and the definition is left for the pk skill and strategy unlike nations with a few D4 and the rest of D1 and the pk definition is left for the huge difference of powers.
