Fleet Missile + Multi/xfire

Since thief are able to use ice shield + multi/xice, how about we let archers use fleet missile + multi/xfire?

Thief: 5 hit multi + 30% defense from ice shield
Archer: 5 hit multi + 30% offense from fleet missile

That would make the archer god like. With just 100 tt and about g8 force rares (not even g 20) My snow war archer did like 7k an arrow. Now imagine someone with like 150 tactics usually hit like 10k each arrow or more with force rares + 30% they would one hit everything more so then now. The only one who could stand one multi hit and live would be a tybern warrior with shield and high ac (maybe if have sfd) or a priest with pure ac rares and shield.

Why not just add a fire shield skill instead ?

hm.. maybe debuff it a bit then? +15%?

fire is supposed to be offensive. Doesn't make sense to just make archers into thief with a fire shield.

The point was that warrior and priest should be able to survive the enhanced damage. Thief's shield would nullify the increase. Then wiz have pfm/DS so they can't complain.

I don't even think a warrior would survive it unless he knows ahead of time he's fighting an archer. One double xfire and hes dead with like 100k+ damage. Even a priest who at d2 generally has like what 35-40k life has sfd that negates half the damage. Ok so whats half of 100k+ 50k. Then you have ac rares to factor in and ac so Priest might barely live. Anything else dead including a thief with 30k life and shield.

I disagree with buff damage even further because the staff already said they are working on upping the damage to make it more of a gap from a thief. Then they even have force symbol now. It's just too strong imo.

dont archers have extra dmg anyway due to have 2 weapons ie bow with 180-200 dmg and arro with 60-70 dmg i really dont think archers need it, sorry LP disagree with you on this one

thief have extra AC from shield too that counter the archer's extra box/arrow damage.

Hmmm maybe u have a point then.. possile that its error on the thiefs side of things then? lower their dmg maybe?

Honestly, I think archer damage is perfect. It's strong enough to kill but not so strong that it can kill everything. But when you put it side to side with a thief, it seems very flawed that the thief's defense buffs aren't mirrored by some kind of archer offense buff.

NO. Make warrior/priest (the 2 best class) even stronger. Doesn't make sens to nerf thief that isn't OP. The real fact is that archer is too weak, why nerf other, buff the archer.
