just give free transfer for the nation with more population if things are unbalanced..

it can be done depending on the situation.. if yllse is less populated and vys and zyp has a good population then free moves from vys/zyp to yllse till a X players move to yllse and so on...

panelty is the best balncing idea, make it based on %, lets say if vys bigger then yells and zyf by 50% make then suffer a penlty of 5% or 10% or what ever, so thay will lvl slower or get job lvl slower, with will make some ppl to leave this country to a smaller narion witch will restor the balnce.

what if I'm in the biggest nation but I'm too poor to get a change nation mall item? Then you want me to either get a penantly and level slower or remake my char in another nation? I think I rather quit the game period.

the nation bigger will already have the bigger number of high lvl what the difference if you punish ppl from lvling? you think someone will trade his character lvl 100+ for a lvl 1 in a different nation just cause lvling got slower?

to balance nations gms need to find ppl that want to move and move then from a bigger nation to a small one.. just an example in a different game: blizzard has a lot of servers for WOW some of then are old enought and crowded and some are new and with small population what they do to balance the number of players? make it free and try to encourage guilds and players to move to a small server.. theyr motivation is different but forcing ppl and punishing someone isnt going to work..

i never wanted them to start a new char..... it can be with penly and then a free transport to the smallest nation, or a transport with a very big discount.
to start a new char never was one of my plan

Well again ... its only a suggestion about making the amount of people even over nations in the wars...dont know if it would be hard to do it but maybe... there could be addaded an option in war status menu to join other(weaker/with less amount of players only) country instead of your own when the war starts ... and for such an action you would be awarded hmmm lets say 10 "additional" fame (or something else) if you play for more than xxx minutes in that country...

edit:
In this idea you will join other nation for the time of war, oh and for the first xxx minutes you could join only your own nation or till xxx number of players wont join your own nation you will not have right to join other nation :P....

I hope you realize that 1 nation gets "big" because a big guild is successful, work together, and is able to make the nation great. Do you think that a guild will break up after they work so hard to get what they worked for? IF they do move, then they will move as a guild and the whole problem starts again in another nation.

reminds me of old int, bk then there were to many players in yllse and zyp was way to emty so we decided to go zyp. but since we were a 70 char guild (or smt like that) , yllse got empty of active players and not much longer after that the server had to close cuz the average players only only was like 25

didn't comment on my idea, give penlty to the largest nation with a free/very big discount on moving nation.

punishing a nation for being big isnt fair at all.

not sure who suggested it (too lazy to check right now.. :P), but the suggestion to give free nation transfers to the lowest population nation is probably the best possible solution -- as long as the transfers are being monitored so that nation isnt too heavily overpopulated because everyone wants to move.
