Should enable this with Crit (Y) but make it cost 100m

Reasons:

10m in mall is 3xx RE
10x 10m = 100m
10x 3xx = 3xxx
Mall Item restat = 3000 RE
3xxx RE > 3000 RE

therefore

when you make 100m in game it would be easy to have just had bought the 3k mall item, but here this is the free method, and should be a bit harder.

Also since materials gonna be removed from shops, no more macroing jobs for crit, meaning crit will now be harder to get, so 100m won't be a walk in the park to get.
