merchant permit to visit other towns

is it possible for a gm to test these permits i doubt that any1 will get merchant in the beta as i remember they didnt work in other servers

dont think u need to be merchant , at least u didnt in .my

they were normal permit and merchant permits
merchants permits costs 10k instead of 100k
