Advance butchering npc question(Vys).

Hello friends,
Im trying to finish butchering job. I finished almost all quest that butcher npc quester gives, but when i reach 96 butcher the npc says something like that: "Find a [NPC NAME] in [NPC MAP] at [MAP COORDS]", i dont find the way to know who is. If someone can give me any clue plz...

i get it at 75 butcher ..........

Quest are enabled coz i saw gm tailor and gm butcher. With tailor npc job quester happens the same. no way to find those npcs

Thats cause people leveled their jobs to 25+ through cutting/mining/butchering before doing any quests.
