Saving combat skills at least (i assume also spells) to F1-8 etc, does not save on relog.
Why should I fear Death? If Death is,
I am not, if I am, Death is not. So why
should I fear that which can only exist if
I do not?

Will be fixed in next patch.
For now, if you want to fix it, create a new folder called 'character' in your client directory.
