Interface/hotkeys customizarion

it is more like a question then a suggestion... will we be able to change the bindings of keys like F1-F8 for skills, F9-F10 for set change, space to center screen and others?

i think i saw something like that in previows suggestions but dont remember where.. i think this would be really good to have complete freedon to customize key bindings...
