none of Arhcer boots and hats in VD3

I LV in VD3 Gazer and Klattu for many days, but have none of Archer boots and hats dropped, just only bows and arrow. T_T The boots and hats that dropped are Thief's.
Is that normal? or where can I found Archer D3 normal boots and hats.

I saw acher shoes there last weekend. So probably just your bad luck, ask in nation if anyone can help.
