New Hotkey - Reveal all names

Was thinking could be great about a new hotkey, wich reveals all nameplates of the characters who are currently in the screen for 2 or 3 seconds, then hide again.

more details: The same event tiggered when the mouse hover on a character, but tiggered by a hotkey and for all chars currently on the frame.
