DR is capped at 17 fps?

I was wondering if it's possible to uncap the frame rate on this game, 17 is so low.
unless the engine is tied to the frame rate, i know some are like that.

Anyway i know this game is old and most probably don't even notice it or even care i just wanted to know if it can be unlocked.

when i run fraps, max is 17 fps ;(

I'd love to uncap the framerate but it'd require a lot of work. The whole rendering pipeline (if I dare to call it that way cause it's spread everywhere) is tied to the framerate and untying it would just speed up all animations making the game unplayable :/

Maybe in the future we'll try to fix that but that would take time and we'd rather focus on content & quality of life improvements first.
