Archer Tweaking

Archer is meant to have the most exactness of hits. high lvl archers should rarely have miss hits. i agree on increasing the dmg on archer as most ppl do since they dont have any buff skills or other skills like slow&poison. and i personally think if thief not gona decrease their dmgs directly. make it -20% of total dmg when ice shield casted. so they can choose between having more dmg or ac according against different classes.
