What are you doing ingame when it happens?

it happened to me during bm the other day as well was ridiculous

It happens to me nearly everyday for the first 10 mins I log in the game.
It happened while I was mining in town, killing Gargos at LD or hunting secrets at Great Grass Land, so I think it is a random thing.
However, it won't happen again in the same day once I re-log.

I am from Hong Kong. Last time DC happened while I was mining. Seems the situation is better now, but still encountered DC in quest just now in UD while I did nothing but stood.
