All 1st job skills can't use when wearing tools.

But 1st job skills can use when have tools in inventory.

Also can't gain experience.

Please Bug fix.

1st of you cannot gain experience while skinning monsters anymore the way to gain experience is from doing job quests press the help button and go to where is says jobs then follow that,

second the tools can be used while it is in your inventory as they made it like that = Not a bug
