PK definitely needs to be limited, if not removed completely, from lower level maps. In my opinion Dragon Raja is the best MMORPG ever because it's PvP is so awsome, but people who are new to the game will need a chance to learn how to play. Dragon Raja PvP is very dependent on your skill as a player, which is why I like it so much, but this means that players who are new to the game won't stand a chance against those of us who have played this game for many years. Plus, when leveling up, players don't usually don't have much HP because they are focusing on damage to level faster. Whoever attacks first in low level PvP wins, so it's really easy to grief people at lower levels.

Those of us who are experienced DR players know that PvP gets a lot more balanced after level 100, so getting PK'd doesn't bother us that much, but new players won't know this. New players need a chance to level up and learn how to play the game before they start PKing with experienced players. New players are just going to quit if they get constantly PK'd without any chance to defend themselves. DR is an awesome game once you learn how to play, but if you grief new players before they know how to play then you're just going to drive them away.

Couldn't have put it better myself if I do say so.

People still nation kill? Whew, I haven't pked a yllse player in a good minute.

Like what, 1/100 players nation kill? If I'm leveling at orcs in Yllse and some little f*** tard is talking the shit, I'll drop him. But not often will you see some kid running around sedless just pking.

People are "scared" of other guilds, ZT & Adrenaline? Why?

It's a game, dying on here won't "kill" you IRL lmao. If you get dropped say leveling in VD, take your ass back, either fight them or find another room.

But I do love the shit talk of how "When you level you die" and shit. It's hilarious. Truly.

This pretty much resume how you can't understand a new player mentality. Except some hardcore pker, everyone that come by and keep getting owned in leveling doesn't just dc and come back. They delete the game from their pc.

Can't believe i'm actually agreeing with proacker on this one.

Almost all the new games are sort of pussies compared to dr in pking. They have all sorts of limits and stuff to protect the newcomers from getting killed, getting frustrated and then quitting. And when these new players try dr, they sort of except the same thing. Or atleast they don't except getting killed and killed and killed and not being able to lvl.
New players in dr dont know how to ask for help from a guild. It's easier them to quit, rather than try fight back and get killed over and over again.
You can't run a game/server on an old community forever.

ps. cba to read any other posts, so dno if some1 already said that.

it depends on how often this happens.. if you get pked every 5 mins then i agree a new player will just quit but if there is a chance of being pked sometimes in a weekend this is part of the game and i like to have this risk i think ppl already suggested some good ways to deal with it but the most effective would be ppl at least not pking for a long time in the same map/spot or same player or party... if you just kill someone at least give him sometime and go kill someone else
