failed in making character

I've just downloaded the game and the patch version 65 and copy everything from the patch to the Dragon Raja Global folder, but after making the character, it said "failed in making character".

What exactly is the character name you were trying to use?

I experienced this while trying to make new characters.
The Nick i've tryed was something like -Name- or any other special character.
I believe that's the problem you are experiencing

I'm having the same problem in new character creation. I created a new char and when I log in the SCHOLUM area, the character appear without any nation. I choosed before Yllse nation.
I tried to do the same with other names, but the same problem appeared. Tried to go lvl 2 and move to city and nothing happened. Tried get lvl 11 and go city, but with lvl 11 I can still get exp in SCHOLUM and cant go to city.
Can you guys check what Is happening? Thanks!!!
