when did he giv ids to ppl ? he did not giv any 1 after he changed and get scam by using second pass to change first pass and log in
if he did not require a email change how he gonna use the charr by playing ohters ppl mail and continue get scam ?

he is 100% scam and u dun even care every 1 know its / allot knows it just your admin dun want care it only and close his eyes ?

Even if we take long to change account information (wich, in my honest opinion, we shouldn't do).
is already issue if u get the ticket faster done as u told u understand if email done this would not happend / man face on admin wit it

the only way that i know is gm have made late tickets / old owner scam and against 2 rules / this also gm could just wipe and dun care !!!( very GOD already Eyes sure 100% blind )
