Tickets being solved fast or slow isn't really the matter here; you took an obvious risk in putting items on an account that you knew could still be accessed by others; yet you blame us.

ticket fast or slow isn't matter ?? i dun think so, if not what for ppl complain about ticket being so slow ? what for open support ticket for it ??

what for i have to pay the risk .. this is not our fault if gm done ticket faster and dun need to wait 2 week more only reply , this would happen + its a scam here
rules on scam i have a half return and should ban the player , if u say my risk have problems than gm late on ticket also problem,
the most i can accept is we or gm 2 also have half problems dun tell me all 100% its on us .


rules scam should get ban unless gm dun wan care it so this game ppl can scam , and what for giving out rules that ppl can do it and u dont wanna care it ~~

When an incident has been determined to be a scam, all items will be returned to the victim. The scammer will be punished. The severity and length of punishment shall be determined according to the act. All decisions are final.

Also, any attempt of scamming account through tickets will make the player banned permanently from the Support Desk and the Forums. An ingame ban may also be considered.

i dun wanna recover all get half back also is ok to me / at least u have to do the job, recover some of the items and ban the scammer
u cant just say its player fault or risk , we made ticket fast enough, u also have your problem being late to done our ticket till 2 weeks more only 1 reply

LGpro you should consider that you could get banned by the same thing that you just mentioned.

Suppose you tried to change account e-mail under ticket without actual owner permission, however solving that ticket took time/ was not finishede as the actual owner was hard for GMs get contact with.
Now you loose you items on a chara that doesent belong to you in the first place and open yet another ticket trying to get the items back.

1) Scamming an account via ticket
2) Scamming items lost due to account sharing via ticket.

Tbh this server could do better without players like you.

Owner was the first 1 who made the email , he accept the tranfer since he open the ticket
we cant open email for it on owner emails .
how change acc without owner permission , he is the 1 who made it and doing shits reply ticket because he scam already
i did see the email it replys damn slow and last was the owner letting gm to know that do not take any action on it of returning
Owner on studying + im the 1 who get those on the charr , as u say ticket took time means slow if fast enough this would not happen i told already
we wont take like this kind of fun changing emails without Owner permission
now i only know is he areadly get in those rules and against on it ban him he is the 1 who scam and return some of mine
nearly on spyros everything also was me not him , u should know that thomas i was the 1 handle and doing anything also me.
now i just get in on spyros only haven talk about bulegon also ,did u really consider how many scam around dealing wit some ppls on him
even cell not playing nearly also he could still blame on zt cause talking shit to me ,while i caught those item on him.
Server is better without scammer around + ( everyone know Fatros is on Spyros ) this is 100% confirm , u forget how we get into crazy mode ?or u need me remind u again
