Well, I am doing my best to address tickets.
But most of them I cant solve (yet) because I have no access (yet). Basically, I got no powers

Last night I solved some tickets related to account lost (wich I can use the 'password recovery' tool from website. I dont know why people dont use it..) and replyed some Migration tickets.
I have some other reports that I will check ingame whenever I get my GM character (wich I dont have so far).

As you can see, lost gear, bugs and so on I cant fix because I got no real powers.

But I am comming with some good (maybe) news: I am working to re-open Migration between all Nations with a plan to either balance population, either balance currency. But I will need your support.

About getting ready to bad reaction: It won't be a problem. I can easily handle that. I've already done this for years

Do you think it'd be reasonable to see weekly or monthly updates on what is being worked on/ what has been accomplished recently? I think that kind of transparency will let the community see that you are working, even if the work is behind the scenes. I think it will also give some motivation to get something done so that you have something to report

Let me know if there is anything I (or we as a community) can do to help.
