Nerf CA/Strike Rares

I know this will get completely ignored, but I figured I'd post anyway. CA/Strike is ridiculously broken. Please fix it. It shouldn't be able to bring you down to 1 hp in one hit.

Just bring it down to the same values as robber/desire. I can't understand why they are higher than their counterparts anyway.
