Rewardless Events

Make a lot more events with no rewards. Just get people to do something in game that is fun. EIther make rewards very small or no rewards at all so that you can have a lot of events without throwing the server out of (its lack of) balance.

I would suggest do a large, long term event rather than a small, couple days event.
do an event like collecting words. for example, participants need to collect D R A G O N R A J A to exchange for a box, or Y L L S E A L L, V Y S E U S, Z Y P E R N for another box. all kinds of mops will randomly spawn on neutral map. some of the words are harder to get and only drop from some particular mops. to prevent people killing each other and make other nation won't be able to enjoy, some mops need to have a certain number of all 3 or any 2 nations of player around in order to drop the word.
