A couple of weeks is our current pace, problem is that new tickets keep comping up. If you were somewhat serious about becoming GM, you'd know where to find us instead of posting things in topics like these.

I dont get what you mean. If a ticket doesnt take more than a couple of weeks, did he lie about 'been over a month' ? I see more people saying its taking months (literaly) to solve tickets.

Also, I know where to find you. Yea. But I proposed that before and you didn't accept due security reasons (and you are right. Its something dangerous giving full access to other people).

What I think he meant was, it takes 2 weeks after they see the ticket. So it may take 2 months before they see it

You only hear about the tickets that don't get solved within what most would consider a normal amount of time (a couple of weeks) the tickets you always here about on these forums are typically ones that Spherix can't solve. The problem is, the few he can't solve are usually game stoppers for people and they get upset and post on forums, which is understandable imo.

dun tell me is hard to do .. its Gift !!! and 1 more sign if u have no time pls pass your works to some 1 that can handle or teach them .. dun let your players cant in game wating for your lifes..
till now haven changed.. i how get in play wit my items. if lost i got to recover ticket again ? and than u put me back more 3 or 4 month for wait ?
u have your own life allot ppl know but remember you are admin of this game since u bz than pass some 1 that can help u handle ..

same thing ... its a gift to me , not to say i wanted to spam or flame here and there is the 1 who handle the game making it more worse on this part ..
100 of players in the game 90% hate open ticket unless they have no idea.. Spherix seriously ban me is simple .. its ok i accept it but did anything change (No)
even post here also the same cause why ... no 1 getting in to my ticket also , 2 also still open never had a look also / so what im goona do to get in game and play wit my items.. ? none
need wait him to settle it took 4 month ? or 1 year? ( teach me )
