Hope GMSpherix still here can check this ,cause if Gmsingpainter sure wont do this he will only close the topic and ban me that all he know as i can say.

After investigation, it appears the RC in question was just doing the work he's supposed to do. A (potential) bug abuser was caught in the act (SpyRoS) which is why he's got disconnected. To prevent future problems and confusion, we will work on fixing the bug. The bug which we're talking about is the one making a dead corpse able to walk away.
