The only change i'd make is make pepsi not work if the attack missed, otherwise "pepsi should stay the way it is"

I integral all suggestion a put in same place then we can discuss easily

A. The effect of Hoi depend on "hit the enermy or not".

B. Focus on increasing cp cost and decrease use times.

C. Thief has to choose "no defense power" or "can't prevent curse".

D. After using speed potion, you will not be a blue man in 5~8 second.


Problem in each suggestion:

A. Can't change "thief let almost class be a blue man,but thief can still prevent most curse and get high defense power"

but it's true that decrease some parts of Hoi.

B. Can't change "thief let almost class be a blue man,but thief can still prevent most curse and get high defense power"

For a Lv 150 thief who's cha is max , this limit will be very low. But it's true that decrease some parts of Hoi.

C. I haven't get yet.....maybe the biggest problem is GM....

D. Can't change "thief let almost class be a blue man,but thief can still prevent most curse and get high defense power"

Another problem is it will let DB be very useless. But it's true that decrease some parts of Hoi.

Bump this and adding that it would also make lg thief shoes a bit more usefull as they all have an accurate effect

Pepsi is broken because it hits even on miss , so its 100% hit regardless of smart and accuracy rares. That is why its broken - Dark blade does not hit on miss either.

The solution to fixing Pepsi is making it only proc on hit increasing the CP cost and reducing the amount per charge to prevent spam gg
