+ 1, although archer or thief can use spell and combat skill at the same time, after the freeze time, they are not being stronger in pk..
when other ppl know and adapt this playing style, not much change will happen
well, archer and thief will become a little bit stronger, and more fun to play
but, it won't help in real pk, especially mass pk
the casting time and buff set, u won't use it when there are other ppl
and u need to wait 1 half minute
it not very practical..
