bugged starcrest quest

finished part 1 , but no pop out mission after i access into part 2
please fix it

Ive ran into this problem before, try running around some. Try to run over the spawn point (where you came in). That usually triggersthe pop up

Also, looking at your pic, you should set hotkeys to your spells, it makes things a lot easier. Would also recommend gold pots instead of blue for the quest. Also noticed you arent wearing any sort of mantle. You should get one of those or do a quest for moonstone amulet (fatal bone quest) it has 1/2 the white ac of an ac mantle
