Drops SARS mask- you take to npc for a reward= random fame/ dual fame reward ranging from 1 fame to 10 fame and 5 dual fame to 15 dual fame or something like that.
3- make it so other nations cannot communicate with opposite nation npc whilst wearing war suit- thus removing the repot in sedless for vyseus and zypern and in hydyne valley for zypern and yilse and add a pot shop in Renus out to make it fair for zypern.
4- disable complete sanctuary when your attacking e.g

If zypern is in yilse big tree. They cannot use ss but the yilse priest can- kinda prevents the bullshit tactic of priests just casting ss and attacking stone and reviving constantly.

And I don't think they would touch on the Mobs Drops.. If I well remember, it was kinda pussy to do it
