Whats wrong with Helternt

Same here. Whenever I try to connect to Helternt, a message stating "There are too many log in requests. Please try again shortly" keeps popping up. I created a character and successfully connected to Beginner Village, but still fail to return to the main city.

Looks like map down, i joined Iramus instead and tried to move to town but it refused.
