Yllse and Vyseus are kind of overpopulated and often get new players while Zypern doesn't.

There is a reason for that
Forget what they say.. Go Yllse! You will endup alone in a low populated not newbie friendly nation if you go Zypern.

I don't see very many active Zypern forum posters that are willing to encourage them.

Why would we want to encourage new players to go to zypern if WE aren't even in Zypern.

BBClub are complete assholes to the new community of players. No wonder new players don't want to go there.

I dont disagree.
Dont get me wrong but I am more worried about myself and the reality of this server than what he should be doing for a bigger good.
I know You are doing what you should as GM and, expecially, as Zypernian. Even if wars tells us thats not true. But What concerns me right now is making he Join Yllse, get involved to the game and dont quit, instead of being alone in Zypern and give up after figuring out he is not gonna find ppl to lvl on lower rate..

After he is done lvling, he is always allowed to move out of Yllse, right?
